As a Talent Coordinator You’ll Work To• Maintain peak recruiting speed by effectively managing numerous and conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment, ensuring candidates progress swiftly and seamlessly through the pipeline without compromising on quality or efficiency.• Help us grow Carta by scheduling interviews through our tools ModernLoop and Greenhouse• Represent Carta’s brand by creating exceptional candidate experience both virtually and onsite• Partner with our Recruiters to build interview processes that are efficient and meet the needs of the business• Contribute to projects that expand our team's capabilities, such as enhancing processes and workflows.The Team You'll Work WithWe’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to work closely with our Talent team, hiring managers, and interviewers. You'll be the face of Carta to our candidates and ensure we deliver a world class candidate experience. As a Talent Coordinator, you will be an ambassador for the Talent team to both internal and external stakeholders, promoting and creating operational best practices in a fast-paced environment.About You• 6 months or more of relevant work or internship experience• Ownership Mentality: you own the full candidate experience and take pride in your quality of work. You strive to make each candidate interaction a positive reflection of Carta as a whole• Open to giving and receiving feedback to improve yourself and others• First principles approach and the ability to make strategic, timely decisions, and understand when to own a decision and when to involve others• Problem-Solving Through Ambiguity: Ability to navigate and resolve challenges in uncertain or changing environments, showcasing adaptability and critical thinking skills• Outstanding people skills: high degree of empathy and great communicator (both written and verbal)• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly and with accuracy• Nice to have:• Prior experience with calendar management and scheduling processes.• Familiarity and proficiency with Google Suite applications for seamless collaboration.• Ability to leverage data insights to inform and optimize recruiting strategies and processes.• Demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to the recruitment process, with aspirations to grow within the Recruiting field.At Carta, you’re not just an employee.
