This Role
The Key Account Manager is responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with key clients, aligning our services with their business objectives, and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, negotiations, and managing the overall health of the account, with a focus on understanding and addressing the customer's broader business needs.

• Strategic Planning:
o Develop and execute long-term account strategies that align with customer goals and drive business growth.
• Relationship Building:
o Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organisation, serving as their trusted advisor.
• Contract Negotiations:
o Lead negotiations and RFQ renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Account Health Management:
o Monitor the overall health of the account, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Escalation Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Business Alignment:
o Understand the customer’s business objectives and challenges and align our services to meet those needs.
• Performance Metrics:
o Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing and Operations) to ensure customer success.

Candidate Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, with a focus on strategic planning and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and align with customer business objectives.
• Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively.
