Come join us!Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Conduct business in a professional, honest, and ethical fashion at all times• Fee Proposal Development and Tracking Project Budgets and Schedules• Quantity Take Offs – provide quantities and cost estimates as needed for project delivery• Maintain and organize detailed construction files, project records, and logs• Track, document, and manage project issues and conditions• Manage the construction Request for Information (RFI) and submittal process• Oversee and review daily field inspector reports• Provide and coordinate technical and administrative information to others• Ensure that project work complies with all engineering standards, codes,specifications, and design instructions• Support business development activities by fostering and maintaining long-term client relationships and developing a client base for providing all Atlas services including identifying additional business development opportunities.• Mentor and train staff to foster their professional developmentMinimum Requirements:• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2-5 years of relevant construction inspection and quality management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience.• Understanding of ASTM technical requirements for construction systems, materials, and equipment.• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments• Able to supervise others• Capable of working independently, under direct supervision of others, and in a team-orientated environment• Valid Driver's license and ability to pass a MVR• Commitment to safetyTechnical Requirements:• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook• Technical report writing• Knowledge of State and local government standards and specificationsOther Miscellaneous Qualities:• 40% field work, 60% office work• Able to travel with some overnights.Atlas EEOC StatementAtlas is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
