The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of the internal tools that power Atlas. Our internal tools directly impact the world-class experience demanded by our members, supporting everything from managing balances and points to booking dining reservations, flights, and hotels. You’ll collaborate closely with the concierge team, dining operations, head of operations, and engineering team to build functional, operationally-focused, complex yet easy to use and beautiful tools that streamline our internal workflows and improve efficiency. You’ll be a part of the Atlas design team, reporting to the Design Director, working collaboratively with other members of the design team to bring the same exceptional standards of our customer-facing products to our internal tools. You must be based in our NYC (West Village) or SF (FiDi) office, with an expectation of at least three days per week in person.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working on a range of digital media products, with a demonstrable focus on app based experiences.

  • Deep skill set in Interaction Design + Visual Design + Motion Design for digital products.

  • Demonstrate a prototyping and iteration driven approach to design.

  • Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates your experience in crafting thoughtfully constructed and highly innovative digital products.
