Wealth.com is hiring our first Creative Director to join the company and lead the overall creative direction to build the #1 brand for Estate Planning. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for setting the look, tone and feel of the wealth.com brand across all our marketing assets, both brand and growth, as well as sales collateral. You will be partnering closely with our Product Design team to ensure that the brand is brought to life in a cohesive and authentic way across all advisor and member touch points. We are looking for someone who can build a highly innovative, creative and impactful brand and marketing/sales assets to connect advisors with our brand to deliver measurable business results. This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated by performance metrics from creative while also connecting on an emotional level with advisors and prospects while advocating for wealth.com, the best Estate Planning platform. We are looking for out of the creative ideas married with strong operational rigor to get the most impactful creative through the most efficient process.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (CMO, Execs, Sales, Product) to set the creative strategy to bring the brand to life across initiatives, channels and products
  • Manage internal and external resources to execute all design projects across digital, social, event, video, webinar, podcast, web/mobile, and merchandising
  • Work with CMO to identify and prioritize key brand, growth/acquisition and retention creative initiatives and deliverables to support wealth.com’s business 
  • Build a consistent and impactful end-to-end brand experience across all marketing touch-points and mediums  
  • Develop iterative hypothesis-driven approach to creative to foster testing culture for creative assets and drive performance across channels 
  • Inspire creativity across the organization to drive innovation and position wealth.com as the leading brand for modern Estate Planning built for advisors


Qualifications:
  • Creative vision - ability to lead conceptual thinking in addition to clearly articulating the creative vision for wealth.com across channels and the conversion funnel
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in creative field with a portfolio of results driven work that shows diversity of experience across both online and offline marketing
  • Experience with marketing campaigns across mediums — digital, social, video, web/mobile, print, experiential, and sales collateral (such as presentations, 1-pagers, tutorials, etc.) 
  • Experience with performance marketing and brand management/design 
  • Ideally have both agency and in-house experience 
  • Passion for crafting a compelling narrative that drives people to action
  • Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to get things done 
  • Problem-solve in a fast-paced, self-driven environment
  • Attention to detail, while being able to rise above to see the bigger picture 
  • Excellent communication skills
