The Growth team at Atlassian drives the business forward by improving customer experiences across Atlassian's products with experimentation and a data-driven mindset. This role will work with our growth, platform, and product teams teams helping our customers see the value of how our products work better together.
We're hiring a Head of Program Management for the Growth team that will report to the Program Management leader responsible for central programs at Atlassian.
This position will work across a ~300 member development team, as well as our market and platform teams, running programs and delivering rapid experiments to drive user acquisition and expansion. You have the flexibility to be fully remote, but this role and team require you to be in USA in the mountain or pacific timezones.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $234,600 - $312,800
Zone B: $211,200 - $281,600
Zone C: $194,800 - $259,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:Member of growth leadership cross-functional team, influencing strategy, direction, and execution
Driving the day-to-day execution of key growth programs - Land, Crossflow, Growth Platform including program establishment, planning, resourcing, risk and issue mitigation, decision making, and statusing; dive in deep to ensure optimal velocity and get back on track if needed
Improve delivery velocity through risk and issue mitigation, statusing, operating delivery statusing, and identifying/driving/influencing cross-functional velocity improvement initiatives
Define and refine the program delivery processes for experiment driven programs and adding those frameworks to Atlassian operating system
Manage a team of 6+ program managers, ensuring resourcing, prioritization, high engagement, growth, and performance management
Partner closely with Market leadership to ensure prioritization, decision making, unblocking, and rapid execution of growth related priorities in to our product lines
Operate as leader in establishing and operating Central Program Office, creating best practices and governance models to ensure success of large programs
Operate delivery planning rhythms in line with Atlassian business rhythms, holding functional leaders accountable
Hands on manage programs directly, as needed
Strong executive presence, able to influence senior leaders and set strategic direction as part of senior leadership team
Strategic thinking and cross craft direction setting and change leadership
Experience with product-driven growth related programs and experimentation as a practice, as well as building platforms for leverage; high business acumen
Proven program leader that’s not afraid to get in to the weeds, yet can level up and operate at lighting fast speeds
Strong data analysis bent, ability to use data to drive decision making
Very high learning agility, ability to drive through highly ambiguous space where program models don’t exist
Ability to drive change and influence priorities and ways of working of teams that may have conflicting priorities
A leader who can think ahead, see problems, proactively suggest solutions, and work with us to push them through
