As a Principal Growth Product Manager for the Rovo team at Atlassian, your primary focus will be on propelling Rovo, our AI-first product, to new heights through innovative and creative growth investments. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that not only drive product adoption but also enhance user engagement and satisfaction. By placing the customer at the center of your initiatives, you will ensure that Rovo's AI capabilities are leveraged to their fullest potential, empowering customers to achieve their business goals with greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Developing and Executing Growth Strategies: Define and implement growth strategies that position Rovo as a must-have tool for every Atlassian customer, focusing on 0 to 1 product development and AI-driven experiences.
Leading Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and feature teams across Rovo and other market teams to create features that integrate seamlessly into users' workflows, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong data analysis skills to understand metrics and inform product strategy, ensuring Rovo's offerings are competitive and compelling.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Atlassian products to leverage growth opportunities and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders within the organization to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in driving growth and developing 0 to 1 products.
Strong background in AI technologies and building AI-driven experiences.
Excellent data analysis skills and a deep understanding of metrics.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and drive strategy across the organization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800
Zone B: $171,300 - $228,400
Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
