They are seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate$23/hrPosition OverviewThe ideal Part-Time Office Coordinator candidate will have the ability to multitask, serve as the first point of contact for the office and ensure smooth office operations. The Part-Time Office Coordinator manages office and administrative tasks, maintaining office supply inventory, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining the overall office environment in an organized state.Responsibilities Of The Part-Time Office Coordinator• Oversee reception area, serve as face of the office to all incoming guests and clients• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and appointments• Facilitating effective communication within the team and handling any arising problems or complaints• Assisting in basic HR duties such as onboarding new employees and creating ID badges• Helping create and manage budget and expense reports• Providing support to the management team on miscellaneous tasks as needed• Implementing and updating office policies and proceduresQualifications For The Part-Time Office Coordinator• 1 to 3 years administrative experience, in a corporate setting preferred• Proficiency with Microsoft Word• Strong communication and organizational skillsEducation Requirements• High School diploma or GED is requiredBenefits• Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
