Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for developing, securing, and managing long-term WaaS contracts in the residential construction and municipal markets throughout the Houston market. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify current assets & future projects that could benefit from the water and wastewater treatment systems sold as WaaS business model for residential construction customers. 

· Meet with potential clients to promote the AUC Group business model approach & create a strategic advantage for AUC Group.

· Identify key decision-makers & create an appropriate strategy.

· Build new customer relations with engineers, home developers, lawyers, and other relevant key stakeholders. 

· Be familiar with the residential construction markets. Prefer knowledge of leasing and similar financial structures throughout the territory (P3 and MUD, etc.).

· Act as primary client contact during the project development period. 

· Coordinate with the AUC Group BD team, engineering, finance, and legal, to develop project proposals.

 

Requirements

Qualification/Requirements:

· Driven individual with an eagerness to identify and close projects.

· History of successful sales experience

· Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Ability to develop project-specific BD strategy.

· Ability to understand municipal government politics and utility decision-making processes.

· Ability to identify key decision-makers in both municipal and industrial organizations.

· Strong skills with the MS Office suite of programs.

· Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed. 

· Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills. 


Education/Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field preferred.

· Minimum of 10 years combined experience in Engineering and Business/Project Development. 

· Experience in lease &/or concession contracts and sales is preferred.

· Experience in the location and the specified city is preferred with relevant knowledge and relationships highly welcome.
