We are seeking a Financial Service Audit Assistant to join our Nashville, TN, or Charlotte, NC office. The Financial Service Audit Assistant supports the Financial Services Group (FSG) practice for numerous firm-wide projects.
The right candidate would embrace daily detailed support work to increase efficiency in the audit engagement workflow. By collaborating with audit staff, seniors, and managers, this role will perform various duties allowing audit teams to expand their reach and impact on the client.

- Work closely with FSG practice
- Work on various stages of audits and other assurance engagements including internal audit, compliance, and loan review.

Perform basic audit procedures
- Prepare and proof documents

Utilize various engagement management tools (workflow, document management, etc.)

Become effective part of client service team

Assist engagement teams with increasing efficiency and streamlining workflow on engagements

Develop positive working relationships with clients and engagement teams
- Associate degree in a business-related field preferred

1-3 years banking experience is a plus

Effective, flexible, self-directed

Demonstrate effective analytical and problem-solving skills

Must possess strong organizational and communication skills

Must display a sense of urgency and the ability to work with limited supervision
