Stellenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: Von der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen bis hin zur Organisation und Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen.
  • Bewerbermanagement: Pflege und Verwaltung des Bewerberpools sowie Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Experience
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen: Enge Abstimmung mit Hiring Managern deiner Abteilungen, um Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse für offene Positionen zu verstehen.
  • Organisation von Recruiting-Events: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Karrieremessen, Workshops oder internen Veranstaltungen.
  • Marktbeobachtung: Analyse von Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich Talent Acquisition, um innovative Ansätze zu identifizieren.
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten: Unterstützung bei der Vertragsvorbereitung, Terminplanung und anderen organisatorischen Aufgaben.
  • Weiterentwicklung der Recruiting-Strategien: Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Tools zur Gewinnung von Talenten. 

Qualifikationen

  • Eigeninitiative und Proaktivität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst Themen mit Engagement voran.  
  • Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für Neues: Du bist motiviert, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.  
  • Kommunikationsfreude: Du hast Freude am Telefonieren und überzeugst durch Deine freundliche und professionelle Art im Umgang mit Kandidat:innen und Kolleg:innen.  
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting oder Sales: Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Berührungspunkte in der Personalgewinnung, im Vertrieb oder in ähnlichen Bereichen gesammelt.  
  • Motivation und Begeisterung für den Bereich Talent Acquisition: Du hast eine Leidenschaft für die Arbeit mit Menschen und möchtest Talente für unser Unternehmen begeistern.  
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und organisierst Deine Aufgaben effizient.
