We're looking for a HubSpot CRM Administrator to take full ownership of our HubSpot instance across the entire Revenue org. At Autone, HubSpot is our single source of truth — used daily by teams in Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Presales, and Customer Success.
As our go-to HubSpot expert, you’ll work hands-on to build, maintain, and continuously improve our CRM infrastructure — from managing custom properties and workflows to handling complex integrations and sandbox testing. You’ll play a key role in scaling our operations, ensuring our GTM teams are fast, aligned, and enabled to execute at a high level.
Note:
This Role is to be based remotely from India (anywhere)
This role requires to work CET hours (European hours exclusivelly)
Manage our entire HubSpot CRM ecosystem as an all-in-one tool
Handle advanced configuration: pipelines, custom properties, custom objects, associations
Manage users, permissions, teams, and record assignments
Create and maintain complex workflows and automation logic
Monitor data quality, perform data cleansing, deduplication, and hygiene tasks
Act as internal support for any CRM bugs, blockers, or training requests
Test new features and changes in sandbox environments before production rollout
Work closely with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing leadership to evolve our GTM architecture
Document processes and maintain a scalable, auditable CRM setup
Stay up to date on HubSpot releases and proactively recommend adoption opportunities
3+ years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator in a SaaS or startup environment
Proven track record of advanced configuration and architecture in HubSpot
Experience working in international settings (with EU & US stakeholders).
Strong understanding of CRM data models, lifecycle stages, reporting logic, and integrations
High autonomy: ability to solve problems fast without supervision
Strong written and verbal communication in English
Bonus: Experience working in RevOps, SalesOps, or collaborating with technical teams
