McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Intern in Hunt Valley, Maryland located at the Corporate Global Headquarters. Are you up for the challenge?PLEASE NOTE : Candidates who require visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future will not be considered for this position.Responsibilities:• Assist in monitoring and analyzing security alerts from various cybersecurity tools and systems• Support the execution of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities• Help maintain and update cybersecurity documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports• Participate in security awareness training initiatives and help develop training materials• Assist with the management and tracking of security incidents, including documentation and follow-up actions• Collaborate with IT and other internal teams to support ongoing cybersecurity projects and initiatives• Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity threats and provide summaries to the team• Contribute to the improvement of cybersecurity processes and toolsRequired Qualifications:• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree as, an Undergraduate Junior or Senior, in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field• A strong interest in cybersecurity, with a basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment• Good communication skills, both written and verbal• Experience with cybersecurity tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the cybersecurity fieldPreferred Qualifications:• Security+, Network+ or related certificationMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
