Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Analyst will be supporting Pre-Service and Payer application capabilities. Support activities will include market research and trend analysis. This associate will have independent project work, as well as work collaboratively with their team daily to provide updates and ensure that everyone is on track with meeting the overall roadmap expectations. To be qualified for this position, you: Have at least one year of related experience supporting a product, ideally within the healthcare technology space. Have a bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and education. Are comfortable gathering requirements (technical and non-technical) Have excellent communication skills - be able to speak on both a business and technical level and interact professionally with a diverse group, peers, managers, and subject matter experts. Experience with reporting and/or database queries is required. What will set you apart: You are familiar with X12, Jira, and Confluence. You are flexible and embrace change. You have worked in an Agile environment. What you will be doing: Work with development teams on daily activities to clarify requirements, answer questions, remove barriers across multiple teams. Analyzing and handling production support work Develop documentation, reports, queries, and conduct research and audits to ensure products align with requirements. Coordinating and attending meetings for new product or feature implementation At times assist and/or fill in for the Product Owner on update calls and project work Working with clients to triage and troubleshoot issues both during and after the implementation process. Work with Product Manager to complete market research and trend analysis.
