Schedule: 


We are hiring multiple candidates for an overnight LPN or RN position in the **Kernersville Area**


  

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in the collection and processing of specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Provide care for patients undergoing procedures such as sonography and mammography.
  • Support case management by coordinating patient care plans and follow-up appointments.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, medication management, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

ADA Requirements:

  1. Routinely required to sit, stand, and walk on variable surfaces, including occasional climbing of ramps or stairs or the use of foot controls.
  2. Routinely required to use hands for various tasks, including hand controls, gripping, and handling of objects.
  3. At times, will be required to reach beyond mid-line of the body, reach overhead or at chest level.
  4. There are specific vision abilities required to perform this job, which include close, distance and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  5. All employees will be required to use universal safety precautions when performing their assigned tasks.
  6. Employees must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
  7. Employees must have the ability to stoop and bend up to 2.5 hours per 8-hour shift.
