Job Description

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

7. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required


Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flight reservations

3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

4. Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
