California Day Camp Counselor

As a California Day Camp Counselor at Avid4 Adventure, you will co-lead various outdoor activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, and kayaking, while ensuring safety is prioritized. You'll engage with campers through camp games and rituals, serve as a role model, and provide excellent customer service to parents and participants. Additionally, if you have driving qualifications, you may transport campers to and from different program areas.

Compensation for California Day Camp Counselors at Avid4 Adventure starts at $23 per hour. For those appointed as Specialists with additional responsibilities, pay ranges from $19.25 to $24.70 per hour, depending on the specific position and relevant certifications held.
