AVP - Senior Financial Analyst - IT Infrastructure

This position provides an opportunity to leverage financial skills as well strategic thinking and planning. IT Infrastructure as one of the foundational pillars of the Business. As a result, working relationships, while in this role, extend beyond North America. including interaction with the Head Office in the Netherlands.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be successful by maintaining the finances of the department within budget.

The Senior Financial Analyst position provides the following support: Financial reporting for North America IT Infrastructure Management and monitoring of Financial KPI’s within North America IT Infrastructure Supporting the Regional Head IT Infrastructure North America with internal groups and ITI Management Team and external communications to vendors and regulators

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial expense results for North America IT Infrastructure and provide detailed analysis to management.

• Intense involvement in cost control cycle: Budget, Forecast, actual reporting, allocations, Mid-Term planning (MTP) and depreciation of assets.

• Assist and analyze the allocation of ITI expenses to all areas.

• Work with key stakeholders to maintain accurate headcount reporting.

• Prepare monthly performance reporting to stakeholders as well as ad hoc management reports.

• Ensure all North America IT Infrastructure financial figures are complete and accurate.

• Follow through on open items to align with policies (project accounting, allocations, staffing changes)

• 3+ years minimum experience in a Finance role for a financial institution.

• Bachelor's degree in the area of Finance or Business Administration

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
