Retention & Growth Manager (f/m/d)

Awin is seeking a Retention & Growth Manager to oversee customer retention and portfolio growth, aiming to meet GP and ARR targets through strategic client negotiations and contract management.

Responsibilities

Draft and execute agreements including contracts and negotiations
Negotiate directly with clients to achieve mutually agreeable solutions
Work towards personal targets set by the R&G Team Leader
Conduct risk and opportunity analysis with Client Services teams
Collaborate with other R&G Managers and attend team huddles

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
