(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
(2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
(3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
(4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
(5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
(6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
At this dynamic IT company, we're on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Amstelveen, North Holland. This role offers the perfect blend of remote flexibility and on-site collaboration, with just two days required in the office and the rest of the week being work-from-home bliss. As a Data Analyst, you'll be diving into security logs, leveraging your skills with Azure pipelines and SIEM—essentially, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining top-notch data security. Your knack for data wrangling using KQL and Regex will be crucial as you address various analytical challenges. We're not just looking for someone who can crunch numbers; we need a proactive problem-solver who can write Regex code and is well-versed in the differences between forward slashes and backslashes. Plus, your experience with Linux/Unix command lines and Azure networking will be an added advantage. In this role, your fundamental responsibilities include adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you'll be involved in creating proposals aimed at service improvement, managing incident and problem resolution, and even training new hires.
