Operations Manager - Office and Corporate Events

Axle Informatics is seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to manage and optimize assigned operational functions including facilities operations and corporate events. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in project planning, project execution, communications, problem solving, and new technology adoption.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility operations at multiple locations
Develop long-term facilities plan
Manage and coordinate corporate events
Engage with stakeholders to identify events and ensure proper logistics
Utilize data and metrics for performance evaluation
Implement innovative solutions and best practices
Provide guidance and support to team members
Maintain oversight of quality control measures
Identify and mitigate potential risks

Education

Bachelors degree in a related field
