HRIS Analyst
Axogen is looking for a motivated HRIS Analyst to join its Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR data analytics and be responsible for enhancing workforce administration and providing key HR metrics.
Skills
- HR data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret workforce data to support business goals
- Manage relationships with HRMS vendors
- Develop user procedures and training materials for HRIS
- Conduct training on new functionalities
- Maintain high data quality within HR systems
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
