Skills

Legal expertise in corporate governance, intellectual property, and contract negotiation
Knowledge of technology law, data privacy, and cybersecurity
Experience with ITAR and global regulatory landscapes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in managing IP portfolios and associated litigation

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated legal advisor for Dedrone, a global leader in smart airspace security
Develop and lead legal strategy and corporate governance for the business unit
Enforce strong legal and compliance policies across the business unit
Protect and manage the business unit’s intellectual property portfolio
Identify and mitigate enterprise risks
Negotiate agreements and legal documents specific to the business unit

Education

J.D. from an accredited institution
Admission to a State Bar within the United States
