Director, Operational Controller (Remote)

Axon is seeking a Global Operational Director to oversee commercial controllership, manufacturing operations, and systems. This role involves collaborating with various departments to support and maintain systems for accurate recording, reporting, and forecasting.

Skills

Solid grasp of software development life-cycle methodologies
Experience in executing project management frameworks
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Salesforce, CPQ/Billing, D365, NetSuite, and PowerBI
Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between operations, accounting, and other teams
Support upstream operations and work order management
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks aligned with finance policies
Lead ERP integration, product introduction, and internal controls environment
Support monthly close and reconciliation processes

Education

Bachelor or higher degree in Finance or Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation desirable
