Operations Engineering Program Manager II
Axon is seeking an Operations Engineering Program Manager II to oversee cross-functional teams in manufacturing capacity expansion and new product introduction for De-escalation Devices.

- Oversee manufacturing capacity expansion
- Collaborate with product design and engineering teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Create detailed documentation for projects
- Guide commissioning and validation of automation equipment
- Continuously improve automation equipment designs and processes
- Track actions to ensure factory readiness
- Coordinate design of automated equipment
- Prepare and manage presentations for management
- Perform data analysis and interpretation of test results
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field
