Professional Services Manager

Axon is on a mission to protect life and seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead program implementations of their products. The role involves engaging with law enforcement agencies and ensuring the successful adoption of their solutions.

Skills

Experience with SAAS sales
Project management skills
Knowledge of digital video and body worn cameras
Technical knowledge of software and hardware testing

Responsibilities

Engage with technology decision makers pre and post-sale
Participate in pre-sales efforts including sales presentations and RFP responses
Document customer feature requests and issues
Execute customer site assessments
Plan and coordinate program implementations

Education

BS/BA or equivalent experience
