Axon is on a mission to Protect Life and is looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join their Real-Time Operations team in London, UK.

Skills

8+ years of product design experience
Experience in designing products with high interactive and technical complexity
Portfolio demonstrating design and research work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Conduct research to deeply understand users' needs and motivations
Define and build innovative experience vision alongside product management and engineering partners
Apply human-centered design principles across the product development cycle
Build prototypes, conduct usability testing, and evaluate product concepts
Facilitate workshops and communication with stakeholders
Contribute to defining design patterns and processes at Axon
