Responsibilities
Provide technical support as the primary contact for product inquiries.
Assist deployment teams with configuration and testing.
Facilitate software onboarding and adoption for law enforcement agencies.
Maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
Document and report issues, resolutions, and product improvement suggestions.
Provide training to agency staff on products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs.
Participate in continuous improvement discussions.
Provide onsite support as needed.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
