Become an expert on the Fusus solution
Lead consultative Solution Audits for prospects
Provide frontline email & phone support
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions
Assist the tier 1 support team
Develop knowledge base articles
Participate in an on-call rotation
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
