Axon is seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide first-class technical support to our customers while pursuing critical safety and justice issues through our devices and software.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all Axon products
Assist customers with inquiries
Report bugs and trends to stakeholders

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
