Our employee resource groups

For more than 30 years, the TI Diversity Network (TIDN) has helped educate and elevate topics that matter to employees. The TIDN started in 1989 and today includes thousands of members in 15 different employee resource groups.

The TIDN provides a community that promotes a sense of belonging through open dialogue, education, volunteerism, well-being, and opportunities for professional development and business engagement. It includes networks for women, Black and Hispanic/Latino/x employees, veterans, LGBTQ employees and allies, employees with disabilities, and employees of faith. TIDN includes three faith-based ERGs, Muslim Employee Network, Christian Employee Network and Jewish Employee Network. As a global company, the TI workforce represents a wide range of diverse worldviews and for many employees, faith is the foundation of their core values and self-identity. Every network is open to all TIers, and the company encourages employees to join a network and get involved.

Internships

Every year, we welcome over 1,000 interns who work on challenging projects, develop personally and professionally, and experience firsthand what it’s like to work at TI.

You won’t be taking coffee orders or filing random paperwork. We assign our interns meaningful work from day one, and we are always amazed by what they achieve. Career Accelerator Program

All of our new college graduates participate in the Career Accelerator Program, which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.
