This person will drive the enterprise learning technology roadmap, ensuring solutions meet Aya’s business needs while creating efficient, scalable learning experiences.This role will continue to strengthen the bridge between our innovative technology/software and the entire Aya organization. When you join Aya, you’ll be surrounded by teammates who care about you as an individual and leaders who will help you grow both personally and professionally.  RESPONSIBILITIES:   • Grow and lead the technical training team that creates detailed training materials for stakeholders, including videos, presentations, scripts, manuals, exercises, and assessments.• Partner with Aya’s corporate learning and development team to design, create, and deliver leadership development programs for high potential individual contributors and leaders in the product and technology teams.• Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams on the changes and evolution of new and existing applications as well as security initiatives.• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement processes.• Create an onboarding program for new technology and product employees so they are equipped with the necessary tools and technical knowledge to succeed in their roles.• Ensure optimization of company’s use with Microsoft products, such as Office 365.• Consistently evaluate existing and new technologies to ensure optimal technology efficiency, learning and development.• Conduct engaging training sessions through various formats such as workshops, seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions.• Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies through effective training initiatives.• Collaborate with internal leaders and departments for consistent alignment with Aya’s business and operational goals.• Coordinate with external vendors and training providers as needed.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required• 8+ years of relevant experience• Experience building out technology L&D functions in a high growth environment• Experience developing learning and development initiatives for custom built software applications• Proven success as a people leader• Proven tangible results stemming from modern L&D trainings and initiatives, including the design, coordination, and presenting of video trainings• Experience in a L&D setting with Microsoft products such as Office 365• Proven understanding of the SDLC, IT Infrastructure, and emerging technologies• Excellent communication skills, including but not limited to verbal communication and technical writing, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTM) is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER:   • Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance• Generous 401(k) match   • Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses   • Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
