With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to establish how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games.


About the Role:


We are seeking a talented B2B Content Manager to join our team within GBM-Global Gaming. The ideal candidate should be comfortable planning, writing and editing content for a broad range of topics. As a B2B Content Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support our overall marketing and CRM initiatives for TikTok for Business Gaming.


Responsibilities:


- Confidently lead the development of thought leadership materials, such as educational content, industry research, expert insights, on both regional and global level.

- Plan, write, and review client campaign case success stories to publish on TikTok for Business Website.

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content that support our marketing goals.

- Help develop and execute a content marketing strategy for TikTok for Business Gaming that aligns with the brand's objectives and supports our overall CRM strategy.

- Lead entry writing for industry awards critical for the gaming industry and greater marketing industry.

- Partner with GBM-GG MarComms team to optimize content for SEO and social media, ensuring that content is discoverable and shareable while supporting overall marketing objectives.

- Support on content and channel strategy for the Gaming Marketing Newsletter, which will showcase summarized insights and thought leadership consistently developed by various TikTok Partners.

- Support research efforts on the gaming industry and trends to craft compelling content that resonates with the target audience and supports overall marketing objectives


Qualifications


- 3-4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in the gaming or advertising industry, with demonstrated experience in effective content development.

- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and formats.

- Extensive perspective and interest in the gaming advertising industry.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, and how to leverage them for marketing purposes.

- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools.

- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Information


【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)


The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95000 - $130000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
