In this role, your goal isn’t to write. Your job is to move people to say yes. You combine the art and science of conversion copywriting masterfully. You’re the one everyone goes to when it’s time to simplify complex concepts into ideas, email sequences, pages and, ultimately, phrases that move. And you always know the Why behind every word you write.
Support Bright Horizons marketing campaigns by composing conversion-driven, direct-response copy across digital and print materials to highlight the value of our services
Follow and champion a data-first approach to crafting copy, with voice-of-customer data and data-driven insights
Present concepts and copy in a compelling, persuasive manner, with confidence
Collaborate fully with product & sales teams to translate client desires into innovative, viable and conversion-focused strategies, concepts and copy
Rigorously review, proof and edit work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables of the marketing team to make informed enhancements where necessary.
As a member of the B2B marketing team, the candidate will work under the direction of various B2B stakeholders.
5+ years’ agency or in-house experience in copywriting
1+ year experience writing for Human Resources leaders
A portfolio demonstrating the skills required to get the yes (leads, trial starts, sales, referrals, content downloads)
Strong understanding of conversion, direct response, and/or UX copywriting frameworks and best practices
Strong understanding of how words interact with design and layout elements for digital and print
Demonstrated ability to rationalize, judge and organize ideas
Ability to work independently to high standards of quality and timeliness.
