We are seeking an experienced Process Development Project Manager to lead our process improvement initiatives within the Marketing PMO team. The Process Development Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement projects and overseeing the development of key quarterly planning activities to ensure consistent, predictive high-quality output. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies and experience in managing cross-functional project projects, with a strong focus on change management and process documentation.
Lead the development and implementation of process improvement projects across the organization, working closely with PMO leadership, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Develop project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, stakeholder assignments and resource requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals and support overall organizational strategy.
Develop and implement project management processes and tools, ensuring that they are standardized and scalable across the Marketing organization.
Monitor project performance against KPIs and take corrective action where necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for process improvement initiatives.
Conduct training and coaching sessions to improve process improvement capabilities within the organization.
Create a library of resources for the Marketing department to leverage with templates.
Oversee existing process documentation in support of cross-functional onboarding for new team members
Develop and maintain project budgets, track project expenses, and report on project financial performance
Bachelor's Degree in technical area of study is preferred
3 years of Project Management is required
5+ years of experience in lieu of applicable degree
Outstanding project management skills and acumen, including experience with a broad range of project planning tools and concepts
Proven experience with a variety of enterprise or consumer projects
Excellent customer service philosophy and communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult or challenging situations
Ability to analyze and understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas and the flexibility to adapt quickly to new and changing information
Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a virtual collaborative environment
Demonstrate impeccable organization, attention to detail and follow-up
