About the Training & Content Team and the role


The Training & Content team is responsible for keeping our customer service agents constantly updated with the right information and expertise to support our customers and they also look after our customer-facing FAQ articles. The Care content landscape consists of more than 5000 pieces of content in up to 17 languages.


We’re seeking a native-level English-speaking team member to support the roll out of our brand new Content & Knowledge Base (Mayday) and CRM early 2025 on a 9-month fixed-term contract.


YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🏅
  • Update 120+ knowledge base articles with our new CRM procedures.
  • Project management support : Execute the revamp of our customer / seller facing templates and integrate them into our knowledge base and / or CRM.
  • Manage ongoing updates to our knowledge base to ensure our procedures are accurate and kept up to date.

  • Your responsibilities:
  • You will break down complex processes and write short, informative knowledge based articles in English
  • You will work with process managers as your primary stakeholders, and actively challenge processes to ensure they can be fully understood from the agent’s perspective before updating our knowledge base.


YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF YOU: ⭐
  • You have native-level English writing skills 
  • You have at least 2 years of experience writing and editing consumer-facing digital content in English.
  • You’re extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • You’re not afraid to ask questions
  • You’re comfortable accepting feedback and quick to learn from it
  • You love to collaborate with people from all types of backgrounds and disciplines
  • You’re comfortable with some light project management work

Nice to have, but not necessary:
  • Experience working with customer care content
  • Experience in Project Management and meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience working with an in-house glossary and style guidelines
  • UX writing experience or knowledge
  • Fluency in any other languages (FR, ES, DE, JP)
  • Experience with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence.
