As a licensed advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with both new and existing clients, assessing their needs, and offering customized insurance solutions. Manage warm inbound calls and make outgoing calls to leads with ease
Evaluate customer insurance needs and recommend coverage based on risk assessments
Close sales and coordinate deposit collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Continuously expand your knowledge of insurance products and underwriting criteria

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Comfortable making calls and speaking with clients all day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage and build rapport with potential customers

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
This is an in-office position at 7910 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, NC 28277
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and one Saturday per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
