Implementation Specialist

BambooHR seeks an Implementation Specialist to help clients onboard HR software and maximize its usage. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Skills

Customer service experience
Effective communication skills
Learning new software quickly
Data manipulation in Microsoft Excel
Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Communicate with HR and business leaders globally
Import client data into new accounts
Provide client support and clarification on software usage
Continuously learn about HR processes and software
Work during set schedule from Monday to Friday

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
