We are searching for a motivated person to help drive that transformation in our Alert Prioritization Analytics team within the Client Protection Organization.This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraud mitigation, revenue generation, complaints management, and optimizing operational treatment efficiencies.A successful candidate will work with managers and a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products and small business. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing multi level queue performance monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, executing/monitoring strategic enhancements, and identifying opprotunities for technology funded products and their related buildouts. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of end to end fraud detection processes, including both transactional strategy design, alert creation tradeoffs between self service and manual reviews, and the operational processes that enable efficient resolution of alerts. This individual will be expected to understand both first and third party fraud as well as scams and determine the best treatment strategy for each. The analytics and recomendaitons will have the ability to influence Detection Strategy, Fraud Operations, Fraud Policy, Work Force Management, Technology, and Product groups.Proven experience at developing technical skills of their team. Sound knowledge of SAS / SQL, financial statements, and business processes preferred. 5+ years Strategy Management experience preferredThis role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills.
