Join us!Job Description:The Client Services and Credit Assistance (CS&CA) Resource Planning Analytics Manager leads a team of business analysts responsible for partnering with Capacity Planning, Loss Forecasting, Workforce Management, Initiative Execution, and the Operations Leaders to ensure appropriate resource levels are maintained across the entire organization. This is accomplished through complex analysis aimed at validating capacity planning results, developing and managing reporting and tools, identifying opportunities to improve forecasting process, implementing automation capabilities, and managing the data environment. Responsibilities further include understanding and monitoring volume drivers, forecasting variables, and data trends. This leader will be responsible for managing data platforms and analytics across all Consumer products (Consumer and Small Business Card, Consumer Vehicle Lending, Home Loans, Deposits, etc.).The role requires strong time management and prioritization skills with an eye for accuracy to ensure the correct amount of oversight, routines, and validation steps are in place to ensure analysis and automation produces accurate and repeatable results. The position requires interaction with all areas of CS&CA and all levels of leadership to support the development and socialization of process improvement recommendations as well as visionary leadership to adapt to a changing environment or improve on existing processes. This leader should encourage analysts to operate from a sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and tenacity to drive advanced solutions to challenges faced in the Resource Planning organization. Duties include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, communication, and influencing techniques to build consensus among senior leadership to drive change.Managerial Responsibilities:This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. At Bank of America, all managers at this level demonstrate the following responsibilities, in addition to those specific to the role, listed above.• Diversity & Inclusion Champion: Models an inclusive environment for employees and clients, aligned to company D&I goals.• Manager of Process & Data: Demonstrates deep process knowledge, operational excellence and innovation through a focus on simplicity, data based decision making and continuous improvement.• Enterprise Advocate & Communicator: Communicates enterprise decisions, purpose, and results, and connects to team strategy, priorities and contributions.• Risk Manager: Ensures proper risk discipline, controls and culture are in place to identify, escalate and debate issues.• People Manager & Coach: Provides inspection, coaching and feedback to motivate, differentiate and improve performance.• Financial Steward: Actively manages expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions.• Enterprise Talent Leader: Assesses talent and builds bench strength for roles across the organization.• Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating team work.Required Skills:• Quantitative analytics experience (5+ years), including skills with data mining and statistics within SAS, SQL, VB, Python, R or similar platforms• Experience working within the Bank's data infrastructure (SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop, DB2, etc.) and AIT management with technology support teams• Proven success in leading a team, setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on complex issues• Strong analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated by 5+ years of related experience• Strong organizational skills demonstrating the ability to drive numerous initiatives forward simultaneously• Strong evidence of leveraging analytics and data visualization to drive business results• Skilled with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word)• Proficient at written and oral communication, including persuasive executive level presentation skills and simplifying complex concepts for broad consumptionDesired Skills:• Experience in strategic environment with proven ability to ideate and deliver innovative solutions while maximizing employee potential• Loss mitigation/collections experience• Experience with business case development/financial statements• Experience with process design/redesign (ex. Six Sigma, Engineering)• Project / Change Management experience• Advanced Degree (MBA (Operations preferred), Industrial Engineering, Statistics, etc.)Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
