Regional Director of Compliance and Privacy

Job Description:Baptist Health is looking for a Regional Director of Compliance and Privacy to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or INRegional Director of ComplianceDirects and monitors the compliance activities and personnel on a daily basis for all facilities within the region. Contributes to the fulfillment of the mission and vision by planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies and procedures. Coordinates internal reviews to determine the effectiveness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the mission, vision and values of Baptist Health and those required by applicable laws and regulations.Regional Director of PrivacyImplements system-wide policies and procedures, conducts educational programs, administers reviews and supervises all personnel and activities related to the Baptist HIPAA privacy program throughout the region.
