• Collaborate with producers and brand teams for 3rd party clearances and legal implications
• Draft production contracts, casting specs, and music rights agreements
• Oversee talent billing, renegotiations, and production advances
• Advise on industry trends and educate other departments on SAG commercial contracts and licensing
