Front Desk Sales Associate

Barre3 Albuquerque is a woman owned barre studio in the Northeast Heights neighborhood of Albuquerque, NM. The barre3 Front Desk Associate is an integral part of the barre3 studio experience. They are responsible for selling studio memberships and class packages in the midst of hosting clients and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. They value whole-body health, community connection and diversity.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday evenings and weekend availability a must. Customer service or sales background preferred. $12.50-$14.00/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Relationship building: 
    • Build strong relationships with barre3 clients, create a warm and supportive studio environment
    • Execute strong communication skills and a professional presence to staff and clients
  2. Sales: 
    • Engage in sales conversations, guiding clients to the package that best fits their needs 
    • Inform clients and staff on all studio events and challenges
    • Retain clients with methods shared by managers/owners
  3. Organization: 
    • Ability to learn and manage studio booking software
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary studio atmosphere at all times
  4. Attend mandatory staff meeting: 
    • Including, but not limited to: quarterly meetings and specific campaign meetings/trainings

  • Work a minimum of 8 hours per week
  • Sell studio memberships and class packages
  • Available to substitute shifts including front desk shifts
  • Customer service or sales background preferred
  • Have a strong love of learning
  • Strong communication skills
  • Act as a team player
  • Able to engage with clients about all items that barre3 has to offer 
  • Passionate about the  barre3 brand
