A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the global project management team with new client implementations as well as existing client expansions with a significant change to current scope, at the global, regional, and local level. The project management team also supports ad hoc internal and client-paid projects.Your responsibilities• Oversee dedicated virtual project managers within Americas, UK, and Europe• Provide managerial support, guidance, and ongoing training• Implementation SME to assist PMs as needed including but not limited to SOP creation for new client implementations• Manage time tracking and staffing levels based on forecast• Work closely with Shared Services leaders and business leaders to ensure we are supporting all internal stakeholders as needed• Monitors client satisfaction survey results and making changes based on results• Maintain our internal implementation SOP to drive consistency in our practices while identifying evolving trends• Travels internationally to get to know the team while learning regional nuances required to best support implementation of new business• Supports sales teams for new prospective clients through RFP development and sales pitchesYou're good at• Managing, coaching, and developing a virtual team who are based across different global regions• Project management practices and tools• Strategic meetings management; life sciences preferred• Full service operational experience with experience in Cvent• Thinking strategically and analytically to effectively problem-solve and make strong decisions• Working independently, developing action plans, and implementing goals and objectives• Embracing diversity and maintaining cultural awarenessYou might also have• Proficiency in MS Office• SmartSheet technologyWhat we offer you• Experience working within an international team and environment• A culture of purpose where we are invested in your happiness and career growth• Competitive salary and benefits packageHow to applyClick apply now to be considered.THE PERKSFlexible WorkingWe believe that a flexible working environment is key to getting the best out of our teams.
