About the Job: • Responsible for calendar management and meeting coordination. • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and prepare monthly expense reports. • Utilize project management skills to track timelines and deliverables of special projects. • Order office supplies, handle vendor relations, and provide general office support. • Prepare reports and detailed PowerPoint presentations for leadership. About You: • 5+ years of strong executive assistant experience in a professional services environment are required. • A bachelor’s degree is required. • Very tech savvy with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with PowerPoint. • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential/sensitive information. • Detail-oriented and engaging professional with effective communication. About the Position: • $80K-$90K (DOE), plus an annual bonus. • Fantastic benefits package including 100% paid-for health insurance for the employee and immediate family members. • Hybrid schedule with 4 days/week on-site in Sterling, VA (permanent office to move to Ashburn, VA in 2025).
