About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Property Manager for the northern NJ / NY retail portfolio, which consists of approximately 100 branches, ATM's, and specialty locations.In This Role, You Will• Oversee the operational continuity and preservation of all company owned, leased or managed leased real estate within a moderate scale and complex portfolio• Represent company interests with internal customers, vendors, landlords and external tenants• Negotiate building service agreements, project terms and conditions• Apply preferred operational service standard, effective asset preservation planning and work effort execution, and lead resources on real estate service solutions• Develop, lead and implement plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies• Lead plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies• Recommend portfolio strategies and contribute to, recommend and support overall business strategies and initiatives• Manage a team• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications, US:• 4+ years of Property Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate asset management• Comprehensive understanding of corporate leases• Strong comprehension of building systems and infrastructure.• BOMA RPA, CoreNet MCR, IREM CPM, LEED Green Associate or IFMA CFM certification• Prior experience in large matrix Fortune 500 Company Real Estate Department• Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities• Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution• Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.• Business continuity planning experienceJob Expectations:• Valid driver's license• Ability to travel in assigned geography• Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hoursPay Range:• Min: $87,700 Max: $155,900• May be considered for a discretionary bonusPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
