Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is on a mission to discover, inspire, and train the great problem solvers of the next generation. Since 2003, we have trained hundreds of thousands of the country's top students, including nearly all the members of the US International Math Olympiad team, through our online school, in-person academies, textbooks, and online learning systems. While our primary focus has been math for most of our history, through the years we have expanded our unique problem solving curriculum into subjects, such as language arts, science, and computer science.
At AoPS, we believe that students learn best by working through challenging problems that present opportunities to develop problem-solving and critical reasoning skills through productive struggle and creative thinking. Our goal is for students to build a deep conceptual understanding of mathematics by grappling with why mathematics works.
We seek math curriculum developers to shape innovative and engaging mathematical learning opportunities for motivated K-12 students. Since we provide resources in several different formats and offer courses via a variety of delivery methods, AoPS curriculum developers have a wide range of avenues to share their love and understanding of mathematics with eager learners.
