We are looking for a Beauty Merchandise Analyst to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for you to shape the future of personalization & contribute to products built on a shopper's emotional context.

In this role, you will:

• Annotate and label images using internal program for automation training
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets
• Analyze large data sets
• Provide constructive feedback to our engineers on tooling and processes for more efficient labeling, and to improve data quality
• Interpret data and extract actionable insights for automation
• Tackle incoming tasks within a short timeframe
• Evaluate metrics to help improve our productivity
• Retain and understand dictionary of merchandise attributes
• Understand, process, and retain in-depth feedback

What you'll have:

• 5+ years experience in beauty industry
• Knowledge and experience in Beauty department/products
• Experiences in retail in-store and/or e-commerce, understand the needs in consumers
• Fashion & Styling terminology required (Passion for fashion!)
• Must have strong research skills, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze image and text description
• Ability to maintain sharp focus, even with repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Tech savvy - knowledgeable in G Suite and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous: Careful and attentive to detail ; Acute attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable addressing all levels within an organization
• Must be a team player and eager to learn
• Highly self-directed and motivated to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Ability to multitask effectively, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary

Nice to have:

• Beauty consultant experience is a PLUS
• Experience in the wellness industry
