We are looking for a Beauty Merchandise Analyst to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for you to shape the future of personalization & contribute to products built on a shopper's emotional context.
In this role, you will:
- Annotate and label images using internal program for automation training
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets
- Analyze large data sets
- Provide constructive feedback to our engineers on tooling and processes for more efficient labeling, and to improve data quality
- Interpret data and extract actionable insights for automation
- Tackle incoming tasks within a short timeframe
- Evaluate metrics to help improve our productivity
- Retain and understand dictionary of merchandise attributes
- Understand, process, and retain in-depth feedback
What you'll have:
- 5+ years experience in beauty industry
- Knowledge and experience in Beauty department/products
- Experiences in retail in-store and/or e-commerce, understand the needs in consumers
- Fashion & Styling terminology required (Passion for fashion!)
- Must have strong research skills, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze image and text description
- Ability to maintain sharp focus, even with repetitive tasks for long periods of time
- Tech savvy - knowledgeable in G Suite and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous: Careful and attentive to detail ; Acute attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable addressing all levels within an organization
- Must be a team player and eager to learn
- Highly self-directed and motivated to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Ability to multitask effectively, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary
Nice to have:
- Beauty consultant experience is a PLUS
- Experience in the wellness industry
