Our customers range from big box stores to specialty brands, and full-line department stores to resale marketplaces. We are hiring a remote Employee Engagement Manager to help foster our unique company culture that's based on empathy, while delivering an employee engagement strategy that will retain and develop our talented workforce. This is a People Operations-centric position focused on the employee experience and will be a strategic partner to our leadership team to ensure execution of all employee programs. Your day-to-day will include:
Collaborate on creating an employee-first inclusive culture through meaningful employee experience programs that include New Hire Onboarding, Training & Development, Employee Recognition, Performance Management, Retention Strategies, and Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Community Groups. Drive a strategic, proactive and empathetic approach to ensure people and culture are at the heart of business discussions, and align to the annual business plans across all teams. With the help of People Ops teammates, keep their finger on the pulse on all people matters and proactively integrate employee experience into everything we do. Creatively enhance employee brand so the business is seen as an employer of choice and an environment that any employee could thrive in. Creating solutions to deliver wellness and employee experience resources and training to all employees. Build and execute a roadmap for wellness and employee engagement activities, with alignment across all teams. Optimize existing budget to help build out new employee experience initiatives and drive engagement. Other duties as assigned. What we consider critical for this role:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working in employee engagement Proven experience in project managing employee experience projects from concept to completion. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a high growth, fast-paced environment. Strong passion for exceptional employee experiences. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities. Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with wellness programs in tech companies. Nice to Haves/Bonus points:
Experience building out remote programs for a nationally distributed workforce Experience with Lattice or similar employee management tool
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
