This includes but is not limited to:Marketing CollateralVisual Merchandising Designs and In-store GraphicsTradeshow Design & Set up Job Duties (including but not limited to):Marketing Materials Design:Develop eye-catching and persuasive designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and other promotional collateral.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and translate them into compelling visual elements that effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.Store Design and Visual Merchandising:Create captivating and innovative designs for store layouts, wall graphics, window graphics, and other display graphics that enhance the overall shopping experience and reinforce our brand image.Collaborate with the retail team to understand store layout and merchandising requirements, providing design solutions that optimize product visibility and maximize customer engagement.Use your creative skills to develop attractive visual displays for product showcases and promotions to drive in-store traffic and increase sales.Trade Show Setup Merchandising:Design and plan visually appealing trade show setups that effectively showcase our products and services to potential customers.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand the goals of each trade show and incorporate those objectives into your designs.Help set up the showroom according to design plans.Creative Concept Development:Ideate and conceptualize creative designs and ideas that push the boundaries of traditional graphic design and store merchandising.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our designs.Assist in additional projects as requestedMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:HS Diploma or GED;BFA or MFA highly preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyEnglish proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)Must be willing to travel approximately 2-4 times per year if requestedComputer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office. *MAC + PC platforms*High-level proficiency with various creative software and applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); experience with 3D rendering software is a plus but not requiredMust be extremely detail oriented and organizedDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.A keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.Knowledge of printing processes and materials, ensuring the feasibility of designs for production.Familiarity with retail and trade show industry trends, customer behavior, and visual merchandising strategiesbedgear® is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in the E-Verify Program.About BEDGEAR® PERFORMANCE®Launched in 2009, BEDGEAR® is the brand of Performance® that provides innovative bedding by focusing on an active lifestyle and well-being.
